I had a hard time rating this a 2 as I really wanted to give a 1 but the technician work was above and beyond. My truck had issue that nobody could solve, but I believe they solved it. The diagnostic was a bit expensive, and so was some small other work done but I was ok with it...800 plus in the hole already and the core issue still not resolved which was fine. When they found the core issue, I was quoted 1600 plus for the fix...I was like wow!! I checked estimate to see why, and they were charging 400 for solenoid. Gil said they couldnt find them anywhere and had to be shipped from LA somewhere...I had already bought solenoids for the other side so i knew they didnt cost that much...I called ford, and they had 8 in stock...not sure why gil said he couldnt find them... Went and paid 68 bucks for the solenoids...I just couldnt fathom the fact they were overcharging so much for this part!!! that is main reason why I only gave this a 3... 400 for a solenoid is so crazy!!!I looked on dozens of websites to check how much they were and none of them came close to 400 dollars...and I got the OEM straight from ford for 68 bucks each... I asked dealership just for kicks how much they would charge for this same service, and it was 1100... and yall know that dealership prices are crazy...so I was just like wow... charging more than dealership is even more insane... anyway, if you have the money to spend on up charges cool! I don't...but like i said, the Technician guy was super Awesome! Gil needs to find better vendors or stop up charging idk...
Gabe, First off thank you for trusting us with your truck. I'm glad our well trained technician(s), were able to solve your 4 year ordeal. I remember talking with you and I could feel your frustration and disappointment with the dealership. First off, we also try to use OEM parts when they are available. Aftermarket parts are use when the OEM part is unavailable. Even then, we use them with discretion. with that being said, the price for the parts for your truck were not $68 dollars, not even close. However we found many aftermarket solenoids for as low as $22 dollars. There is no way we can provide our 3year/36,000 mile warranty on such low quality parts. You see, whenever we do a repair here. We are always seeking to provide reliability and safety with every repair, that's our customer commitment Now, the dealership did advise us that parts needed to be ordered. Not sure which dealership you called I believe in the old adage " you get what you paid for". You made very little mention of our time spent on our inspection and testing of your truck. You spent around $320 dollars for us to inspect your truck. Are you oblivious that the tech spent about 6 hours with testing ?? Our team went above and beyond to help you. We could have called you to ask for more time but didn't to help you. This includes connecting our state of the art equipment, test drives and lots of patience to find your trucks issue. Not to mention the many hours of training our technicians have under go. Price is your main concern, I get it and understand. I accept that our shop isn't for everyone. Our prices mirror the quality or our repairs and our customer service. I do hope you are able to find a shop that can meet you were you are at financially. Have a great day

My experience here was great..they are great at communicating, fast at fixing the problem and made sure to bring me out to the garage and show me first hand what the problem was. This is a very honest and efficient place to take your vehicle. Thanks guys

Service was friendly, fast and interactive, with videos of the work to be done texted with approval requests.
Adrian and Gil are quick to respond, clear in their communication, and use a tool to help the consumer easily understand what is needed repair-wise. The tool even allows you additional information to make decisions based on the level of repair issue and your budget. I have recommended Turning Wrenches to friends and family.

This place is extremely reliable. I used to go to another more corporate style shop and I’d end up having to bring my car in every few months! Switched to these guys and I have no problems with anything they fix. Their system of showing you the problems and their tests for the problems, along with the invoicing system makes the whole process so efficient as well as feel secure. It is not the most cost efficient location, but I feel that it is not overpriced for the quality and efficiency given. Highly recommend.
